Dr. Richard Gartner speaks in both professional and non-professional settings. In addition to his papers and addresses on male sexual victimization, he has been called on as an expert witness and has been widely quoted in the media.

This conference is for survivors, clinicians, other professionals who work with survivors, and family and loved ones. Dr. Gartner will be in a Full-Conference Featured Speaker Presentation entitled Survivor/FBI Special Agent and Psychoanalyst/Advocate: Our Stories. This was a plenary address at the conference Sexual Betrayal and Scandal in the Catholic Church: Psychoanalytic, Religious, and Social Perspectives in New York City. This conference was co-sponsored by the William Alanson White Institute’s Sexual Abuse Program and the Trauma Treatment Center of the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis.
